Target names Jim Lee as CFO By Reuters

(Reuters) – U.S. retailer Target on Thursday named Jim Lee as its chief financial officer effective Sept. 22.

Lee succeeds Michael Fiddelke, who took over as chief operating officer earlier in the year.

Lee has more than 25 years of financial, strategic and business experience at PepsiCo (NASDAQ: ) , Target said, adding that he will oversee financial planning and analysis, financial capabilities, internal audit and corporate development.
