Prediction Markets Go to Washington (Court of Appeals)

As of this writing, the contracts are still on hold. The appeals court scheduled a hearing for Thursday, giving each side 15 minutes to present their case — though it ultimately lasted about 2.5 hours. We’ll likely find out if the contracts can resume before the election takes place after the hearing, but there’s no firm timetable here. And of course there is still the wider question of the appeal itself and how it may go.
