Cantor Fitzgerald’s Howard Lutnick enters the interest rate futures market to challenge the CME giant

Howard Lutnick, head of investment bank Cantor Fitzgerald and financial technology firm BGC Group, is entering the interest rate futures market by launching a new exchange on Monday to rival CME Group Inc.
