Denmark shares rise at close of trade; The OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.78% Via Investing.com

Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher.

The best performers of the session on the were Rockwool International B (CSE: ), which rose 3.47% or 106.00 points to trade at 3,158.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE: ) added 3.12% or 26.50 points to end at 876.00 and NKT Holding (CSE: ) was up 2.30% or 14.50 points to 645 .00 at the end of transactions.

The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE: ), which decreased 3.70% or 43.00 points to trade at 1,119.00 at the close. AP Moeller – Maersk A/SB (CSE: ) declined 1.12% or 125.00 points to end at 11,055.00 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE: ) declined 1.09% or 1.70 points to 153.70.

Advancers outnumbered decliners on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange 67 to 65, with 17 ending unchanged.

Shares of Rockwool International B (CSE: ) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 3.47% or 106.00 to 3,158.00.

Crude oil for November delivery fell 0.91 percent, or 0.65, to $70.91 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude for December delivery was down 0.59%, or 0.44, at $74.03 a barrel, while December gold futures were up 0.17 % or 4.60 to $2,681.60 per troy ounce.

USD/DKK rose 0.21% to 6.68, while EUR/DKK was unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.

US dollar index futures rose 0.28% to 100.44.
