Canada’s Axis Insurance acquires employee benefits specialist O’Neill Group

Vancouver, Canada-based insurance broker Axis Isurance Managers Inc. announced that it has acquired the O’Neill Group, one of British Columbia’s leading life insurance and employee consulting firms.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The O’Neill Group is a full-service benefits, life and wealth advisory firm established in 1985 with 12 employees operating out of its Vancouver office. O’Neill Group will operate as a practice group under the umbrella of Axis Insurance.
