Thank you and good evening everyone. Thank you for joining our conference call to discuss LuxUrban Hotels’ second quarter 2024 financial results and company highlights. Leading today’s call will be Robert Arigo, Chief Executive Officer, along with Mike James, Chief Financial Officer.
