Double points on the first day of every month

Bilt Mastercard offers unique benefits for renters, but also offers attractive benefits that anyone can enjoy. It has a $0 annual fee and is the only credit card where you can pay your rent without additional fees. Points can be redeemed for rent, a down payment on a home, to book travel, transfers to partner airlines and hotels, and more. In addition, the card includes travel and purchase protections, mobile phone insurance and other benefits.

On the first of every month, Bilt Rewards members receive double points on all rent-free purchases made with the Bilt Rewards Mastercard. Cardholders can earn up to 10,000 bonus points on purchases from 12:00 PM Eastern to 11:59 PM Eastern.

With this promotion, even purchases in the bonus category earn double points without requiring pre-activation. Bonus categories include:

• Table: 6X points (normally 3X points)
• Travel: 4X points (normally 2X points)
• Other purchases: 2X points (normally 1X) (excludes rent)

Rent payments earn 1X points as they are not eligible for double points.

However, cardholders must make at least five purchases each month to earn points.

Avianca LifeMiles transfer bonus

All Bilt members will receive a 50% transfer bonus on September 1, 2024 when they transfer their Bilt points to Avianca LifeMiles. Bilt Points can be converted in increments of 1,000. The transfer bonus is only available from September 1, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET until September 2, 2024 at 2:59 AM ET.

Virgin Red transfer bonus

Bilt members will receive a transfer bonus of up to 100% on 1 September when they transfer their Bilt points to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club or Virgin Red.

Bilt Points can be converted in increments of 1,000 (minimum 2,000 for Blue members). A member’s transfer bonus will be based on your Bilt membership status from the time you choose to transfer your Bilt Points on September 1, 2024 as follows:

ResortPass BOGO

Bilt members will be able to bring a friend with us for a day at the pool or spa at over 1,600 properties through our new partners at ResortPass. Members can select the property they are interested in through the Rent Day experience on the Bilt app or website. From there, members will be directed to the property they wish to reserve and a coupon code automatically applied upon checkout.

Applies to Bilt members who book on September 1, 2024 from 12:00 PM ET through September 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT for any future visit date. BOGO is only valid on pool chairs, spa passes and day passes when two or more passes are purchased. Food and drinks are not included in the offer.

Bilt Experiences: Bilt Brunch Day Series

If you are in one of the 27 cities, you can take advantage of exclusive meals. They will be bookable on the Bilt app on August 28, 2024. Reservations start at $75 per person or 6,000 Bilt points.

Other advantages on the day of rent

Two additional promotions are available on Rent Day that offer the chance to have your rent paid by Bilt.

• SoulCycle x Bilt Rent Day rides. On September 1st, members receive a free bike to special themed classes at more than 50 SoulCycle locations nationwide. Book your session through the Bilt Rewards app starting Tuesday, July 30th at 12pm Eastern. One lucky rider will have their rent paid (up to $2,500).
• Free game rental. The 10 highest-scoring players will be the September rent winners, while the next 600 highest-scoring people will earn additional Bilt points.
