Amgen to face lawsuit alleging it hid $10.7 billion tax bill from Reuters

NEW YORK (Reuters) – A federal judge said Amgen (NASDAQ: Service with $10.7 billion in fees and penalties.

U.S. District Judge John Cronan in Manhattan ruled Monday that shareholders plausibly argued they were misled by Amgen’s concealment of the true extent of its potential liability and that the omission was “reckless” under the circumstances.
