TotalEnergies, APA green light for $10 billion oil and gas project in Suriname By Reuters

PARAMARIBO (Reuters) – France’s TotalEnergies (EPA: ) and U.S. APA Corp on Tuesday announced a positive investment decision for Suriname’s most promising oil and gas project, Block 58, which is expected to usher in the southern country’s offshore production – American.

The announcement was made at the presidential palace in Suriname in the presence of President Chan Santokhi and TotalEnergies CEO Patrick Pouyanne.
