Court ends break on Kalshi’s Congress contracts

While fighting the agency in court, the New York-based company that settles dollar bets watched as rival Polymarket, which is banned from doing business in the U.S. with crypto-grocery, still racked up record volumes this election year. More than $1 billion was bet on the Polymarket contract alone on who would win the presidency.
