Shares in Saudi Arabia fell at the close; Tadawul All Share was down 0.72% by Investing.com

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, it was down 0.72%.

The best performers of the session on the were United Holding Company (TADAWUL: ), which rose 9.93% or 0.97 points to trade at 10.74 at the close. Meanwhile, Anaam International Holding Group ( TADAWUL: ) rose 8.55% or 0.10 points to end at 1.27 and Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC ( TADAWUL: ) added 7.69 % or 0.02 points, up to 0.28 at the end of trading.

The worst performers of the session were Retal Urban Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL: ), which declined 5.95% or 0.92 points to trade at 14.54 at the close. Saudi Fisheries Co. ( TADAWUL: ) declined 5.79% or 1.65 points to end at 26.85 and Red Sea Housing Services Company ( TADAWUL: ) declined 4.10% or 2.70 points to 63.10 .

Declining stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Stock Exchange by 191 to 98, with 19 ending unchanged.

Shares of Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:) rose to 52-week highs; up 9.93% or 0.97 to 10.74. Shares in Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:) rose to 3-year highs; gaining 7.69% or 0.02 to 0.28.

Crude oil for November delivery rose 2.17%, or 1.52, to $71.62 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude for December delivery rose 1.95%, or 1.44, to $75.34 a barrel, while December gold futures fell 0.13 % or 3.60 to $2,666.10 per troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.09% to 4.14, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.02% to 3.75.

US dollar index futures rose 0.26% to 101.68.
