LIVE: Manchester City fans descend on Etihad Stadium ahead of Premier League title decider against West Ham – as thousands attend Barry Manilow concert just meters away at Co-op Live – latest updates

It’s a huge day for Manchester as City hope to secure a fourth consecutive Premier League title, and then thousands of Barry Manilow fans are expected to descend on the nearby Co-Op Live.

Manchester City face West Ham at 4pm knowing a win will secure the unprecedented feat for Pep Guardiola’s side. Then American music star Barry Manilow will take the stage just around the corner at Co-Op Live.

Doors open at 6.30pm and the show will start at 7.30pm. To top it off, today could be one of the hottest days of the year so far, with temperatures expected to reach 24 degrees.

Warnings have already been issued by transport chiefs, with roads and public transport expected to be congested.

We’ll have reporters and photographers talking to fans at pubs around town, those heading to the game and Barry Manilow fans heading to the music arena later tonight.
