‘Good Bones’ star Karen E. Laine is selling her North Carolina cottage for $500,000

Just over a month after making her HGTV debut, Karen E. Laine is selling the home she renovated on “Good Bones.”

The ninth season of “Good Bones” brought Mina Starsiak Hawk and Laine back to TV screens in August, although the mother and daughter did not reunite amid their breakup.

During the season, Laine renovated a 500-square-foot home in Wilmington, North Carolina, to split his time between Indiana and the coast. According to Zillow, the home was last bought for $70,000 in February 2023.

But just over a month after the show aired, Laine is selling the house for half a million dollars.
