Ripple expands custodial business to offer ‘bank-level’ services to cryptocurrency firms on XRP Ledger

XRPL’s native token XRP rose as much as 3.75 percent on Thursday, its biggest intraday gain since Sept. 29, Coindesk Indices data showed. The token later pulled back, but remains more than 1.8% higher as of midnight UTC, comfortably outperforming the broader crypto market, which gained just 0.2% as measured by the CoinDesk 20 Index (CD20).
