His daughter Lisa Marie’s posthumous memoir, From Here to the Great Unknown, which was completed by her daughter Riley Keough, was published on October 8.

“It touched me that she was sharing it with the world because it was a story she felt very protective of,” Keough told the BBC.

The book quickly became an Amazon bestseller and was named an Oprah’s Book Club pick.
