Stellantis names Doug Ostermann as CFO amid Reuters management review

(Reuters) – Stellantis announced on Thursday that it has named Doug Ostermann as its chief financial officer, replacing Natalie Knight, who will leave the company as part of a major management shakeup.

The automaker also named Antonio Filosa as North American COO in addition to his role as CEO of the Jeep brand, succeeding Carlos Zarlenga.

Zarlenga’s next position will be subject to a future announcement, the company added.
