German inflation was confirmed at 1.8% in September by Reuters

BERLIN (Reuters) – German inflation fell to 1.8 percent in September, the federal statistics office said on Friday, confirming preliminary data.

Consumer prices in Germany, harmonized to compare them with other European Union countries, rose 2.0% year-on-year in August.
