The Audi was destroyed near Coventry in a crash, while the driver has been named and charged

A driver has been named and charged after a high-speed Audi crash on the M6 ​​near Coventry. Warwickshire Police’s Operational Patrol Unit (OPU) was sent to the scene and released information on the case today.

They issued the information today, Tuesday May 7, following the incident last December when the Audi RS7 ended up on the M6 ​​Northbound exit carriageway at junction 2. The car was reportedly traveling at over 100km/h at the time of the collision.



Members of Warwickshire Police’s Operational Patrol Unit (OPU) attended the scene and found the wreckage of the car. Stephen Fox of Alfred Green Close in Rugby has now been charged with dangerous driving.

The 38-year-old will now appear at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on May 31 to face the charge.
