Driver dies a week after Brighouse crash

A driver has died a week after being involved in a crash in West Yorkshire.

The 84-year-old man, who was driving a Jaguar XF, died in hospital on May 15, a week after he was involved in a collision in Brighouse.

The blue Jaguar collided with a red Audi TT at the junction of Wakefield Road and Coal Pit Lane at around 9.15pm BST on May 8, police said.

Any witnesses to the crash, or anyone who saw the vehicles beforehand, have been asked to contact police.
