Live: Roads closed after two pedestrians hit by car in Plymouth

Two pedestrians have been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in Plymouth this morning (Tuesday 21 May). Emergency services were called to Raynham Road in Stoke at around 8.25am.

Police said the roads are closed while they deal with the incident. We’ll keep you posted on the live blog below.




Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Police were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and two pedestrians on Raynham Road, Plymouth, at around 8.25am today, Tuesday 21 May.

Three young people injured

In a recent update, Devon and Cornwall Police said three youths were injured in the crash. One suffered serious but non-life-changing injuries and two had minor injuries.

The pedestrians were rushed to the hospital
