Both Leeds and Southampton are looking to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking when they meet in this weekend’s Championship play-off final. Here’s everything you need to know about the match.

The match takes place at Wembley Stadium in London, kick-off at 3pm on Sunday.

The teams first met on 28 August 1922 in the old Division 2, a game won by Leeds 1–0. Southampton’s first win came on 19 December 1931 with a 2–1 win in the same division.
