Coventry will host a two-day event for The Big Zero Show

COVENTRY Building Society Arena will host a two-day event for The Big Zero Show.

Businesses looking to reduce their emissions and people looking for a career in the low carbon economy can attend a national conference expansion with the Coventry exhibition.

The event will take place on Tuesday, July 2nd and Wednesday, July 3rd.

The first day will provide support to leading companies, SMEs and public sector organizations on the path to net zero.

The second day of the event will focus on skills, career opportunities and future jobs in the low carbon economy.

There will be 40 Net Zero Index presentations and a series of TED-talk style lectures with panels discussing key topics.

The event is organized by Future Net Zero in partnership with Coventry City Council and Energy UK.

Sumit Bose, founder of Future Net Zero, said: “The event is about helping companies do better business, which is better for the planet, by giving them the support they need to take action.

“We are now in our third year and have seen significant year-on-year growth, effectively doubling from last year.

“Coventry as a city is at the forefront of green technologies and that makes it the ideal location to grow the show.”
