Second man charged with murder after stabbing in Croydon town centre

A second man has been charged with murder after a 22-year-old was stabbed in Croydon town centre.

Rijkaard Siafa died on Friday, April 12, at the scene of a stabbing in Fellmongers Yard, off Surrey Street.

David Walcott, 34, of Turle Road, Norbury, was charged with his murder eight days later.

Now a second man – Rammon Mali, 32, of Valley Road in Kenley – has also been charged with Rijkaard’s murder.

Mali appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday (6 May).

Police previously appealed for anyone with information to come forward by contacting 101 or ‘X’ @MetCC quoting reference CAD6022/12Apr.
