Brent crude trading at $78.93/bbl

Crude oil futures were marginally down 0.05% at Rs 6,576 a barrel as participants trimmed their positions on weak demand.

On the MCX, crude oil for May delivery was marginally down by Rs 3 or 0.05% to Rs 6,576 a barrel on a business volume of 5,415 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude traded 1.09% lower at $78.93 a barrel, while Brent crude traded 0.97% lower in New York at $82. 90 dollars per barrel.
