The wife of a motorcyclist who died following a crash in Cornwall has paid tribute to her “wonderful” husband.

Cullen’s wife Lucy described her husband as “endlessly caring” and a “very loving father” to their two young children.

“We will miss him for the rest of our lives,” she said in a statement released by police.

“The most thoughtful, kind and generous man, Nigel adored his family and we adored him.

“It’s unbearable to think about life without ‘Daddy’.”

“Absolutely Heartbreaking”

She added: “A loving husband, father, son and brother, he was endlessly caring in all his actions, holding my hand through everything in life.

“Now, when I need him most, he is not here.

“It’s absolutely heartbreaking, but I’m so grateful to feel that through our children he will always be with us.”

Mr Cullen had been a project manager, flight officer, air ambulance first officer and most recently a small business owner.

“Man with a Big Heart”

He “followed his passion for coffee” and set up Bear Cornwall in 2019, his wife said.

“His loss will be felt throughout our community,” she said.

“Everybody knew and loved him and his team; the man with the big heart and the best boss, who made the best coffee in Roseland”.

Police have appealed for any witnesses to the crash or anyone with dash cam footage to contact them.
