MAFS star Brent Vitiello’s sea moss brand promises to make things right with customers as they finally catch up on orders after failed deliveries: ‘It’s been quite a journey’

Brent Vitiello’s sea moss brand has vowed to make things right with customers as they finally caught up with their orders after allegations of failed deliveries.

The MAFS star, 35, launched Mos x Daily to sell jars of sea moss, a vitamin and mineral-rich superfood that has gained popularity in the industry.

However, his brand landed in hot water last month when angry customers claimed they were still set to see their products after ordering and paying for them online.

Now, Mos x Daily has issued a message to customers promising to “do it right” after overcoming a series of delivery and courier issues since their launch last year.

Brent and his team have confirmed that they have now caught up with all orders and have urged any customers still waiting for replacements to contact them.

In an email announcement, the brand wrote: “I just have to take a moment to send you a huge virtual hug and express my sincere gratitude for sticking by here at MOS x everyday.

‘Guess what? Finally caught up with all the orders! It’s been quite a journey and your support and patience has made all the difference.

“Seriously, we couldn’t have done it without you.” Your love for our brand keeps us going and we are more than grateful to have you as part of our community.

“Now, if for some reason your order has not yet reached you, please let us know. Your happiness is our priority and we will do everything we can to make it right.

“And if you’re looking forward to a replacement, give us a heads up and we’ll make sure it gets to you right away.

“Oh, and remember, we’re here for anything you need.” Seriously, anything. Whether it’s a question, concern, or just want to chat about your favorite MOS x daily products, we’re all ears.

“Thank you again for your incredible support and believing in what we are doing. We’re sending you all the good vibes and can’t wait to keep delighting you with our goodies!’

Last month, Brent took to Instagram to provide a series of updates on the delivery issues and reveal how he was working to resolve them.

In a video, Brent hit out at online trolls who criticized his brand, claiming most of them aren’t even his customers, who he said he spoke to directly.

“Everyone has shown a lot of good support and I appreciate that and at the same time there are a lot of people who like to kick you when you’re down,” he said.

“People think it’s cool to jump on somebody when they’re going through things, and that’s not something I’m going to accept.”

Brent – which flew to Timor, Indonesia, where its product originates, to fix the problems – went on to say they would be caught up with deliveries “sooner than expected”.

“It looks like we’re going to be caught a lot sooner than we expected, which is great news. I told people I was going to come here with a purpose, to solve every problem I had, and I meant it,’ he continued.

“I was never going to break that promise and I’m a man of my word. We’re tracking pretty well and I’m pretty happy with the results so far of testing everything from top to bottom.

Brent previously said there were problems distributing sea moss internationally because it spoils after 30 days and they had to change shipping companies to ensure faster delivery.

He said: “We started off with a really good run, unfortunately the courier we were using at the time just didn’t keep their word, our deliveries were taking far too long, going badly in transit or just taking too long to to reach for you.’

“Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong,” he added, claiming the brand had other issues with manufacturers.

“The biggest problem with us was communication. I can promise you now, that’s what I’m coming back to, that communication problem, I’ve let go of that a lot, and I’ve made some really big changes.

“I have a lot of work to do to make up for lost time, defective products, and everything that came to you that wasn’t supposed to.”

He added: “This was killing me. The biggest thing for me is that I hate disappointed people, it’s not just the people who ordered and weren’t properly communicated with and didn’t receive their products.

“We started a foundation for the beautiful community in Timor that helped us grow and harvest this amazing product. I told them by word of mouth that I would help them build a better life.

“You must understand that I will not question my integrity because I believe in them and I believe in the promise I made to these people. I will never give up until I keep my promise to them and everyone else.

Unfortunately, their ill-fated romance went from bad to worse on the show before they broke up during their explosive final vows.
