The new home for Coventry’s only lapdancing club has been confirmed as a license granted

The new home for Coventry’s only lapdancing club has been revealed as a new license was granted. Club Heat has revealed plans to move from its current home in City Arcade.

In a license application to the city council, the gentlemen’s club revealed it planned to relocate to 2 Hertford Place. This is a well-known building in the city’s nightlife scene.

In recent years, the building has housed Teezers, a retro golf and cocktail bar. Now he is set to play at home at the lapdancing club.

It comes after the city council’s licensing team approved a new Sexual Entertainment Venue (SEV) license for the venue yesterday (May 22). Club Heat previously said it had to move from City Arcade “due to compulsory purchase”.

The longtime home of Club Heat is under a Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) by the council for the City Center South development. What is not yet known is when the club will move to the new location.
