Cornwall’s first aparthotel is to be unveiled

CORNWALL’S first coastal aparthotel is set to open in Porth in October.

SeaSpace will be unveiled on the site of the former Sands Resort Hotel.

Staying guests can book one of the 56 self-catering spaces, with studios and two- and three-bedroom apartments.

There will be a range of activities and facilities, including a new five-court padel tennis club plus a cafe, deli, gym, swimming pools, fitness classes, water sports and children’s play areas, plus a full program of events artistic, musical and gastronomic. .

A cafe and deli in the lively lobby area will serve breakfast, lunch and snacks, while the bar and restaurant will offer small plates for sharing.
