Stokes Croft Block Party: 16-hour rave returns with ‘more headliners than ever’

Stokes Croft Block Party returns this weekend with what are said to be “more headliners than ever”. The event will last approximately 16 hours, according to the venue’s social media posts, and will take place on more than 20 stages with more than 150 artists in the line-up.

Taking place on Saturday 11th May, the popular event will feature headline acts from Drum & Bass, Garage, Jungle, House, Techno and more. Tickets start at £28.50 for a night-only ticket and £50.49 for day and night final entry – said to be 90% sold out already.




In a post on his Instagram page on April 19, Lakota said, “The moment you’ve all been waiting for… we’re incredibly excited to finally announce our full lineup for this year’s Block Party, and boy It is. 16 hours of pure multi-genre madness with over 150 artists on 22 unique stages and monster sound systems in Stokes Croft.

“If you’ve been to Block Party before, you’ll know that this is always a special event for us. We love being able to bring together such a diverse range of artists and showcase so much of Bristol and the UK’s incredible talent. The energy that everyone collectively brings to this event is always next level – let’s do it again this year and make it one for the history books.”

Venues in the line-up include Lakota, The Full Moon and Attic Bar, Coroner’s Court, Crofters Rights, Pipe & Slippers and The Love Inn, among others. The line-up also includes a number of ‘secret guests’ as well as Bristol regulars and more.

Taking to the comments section, Block Party attendees were quick to share their excitement about the event. One wrote: “Looking forward to this,” while a second said: “Let’s go! Delighted with this one!”
