Media vacancies at Bristol Rovers – News

Bristol Rovers FC has two full-time positions available in the media department ahead of the 2024/25 Sky Bet League One season.

The club is looking to recruit a Senior Video Producer and media officer, who will support the head of media and the media department in covering matches, club events and more.

The successful applicant for the Bristol Rovers Senior Video Producer role will play a key role in overseeing and executing the club’s video strategy, guide the video production program and have a leading role in the development of a club television channel. The ideal candidate will come with two to three years of dedicated video production experience, preferably in an elite sports environment.

The Media Officer will execute the Club’s editorial and social media strategy. The successful candidate will produce engaging editorial content for the website and print publications, create engaging social media content for X, Facebook and Instagram and support the rest of the media department in video production, graphic design and press relations. This role will suit a candidate who is not long out of university; one with extensive work experience in a similar position.

Budding journalists, photographers and videographers are sought to support the Club’s match-time operations around the Men’s Senior Team, Women’s First Team and Academy Men’s Team throughout the 2024/25 season.

Successful applicants will be invited to work closely with the media team at Bristol Rovers Football Club on selected match days and events, supporting the Club’s results whilst receiving industry wide feedback.
