Modified Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Bobber Nicknamed “Shotgun 350”

A modified Royal Enfield Meteor 350 dubbed the ‘Shotgun 350’ has been unveiled by American custom motorcycle manufacturer Baxter Cycle, which specializes in modifying Royal Enfield and Triumph motorcycles. It is important to note that this ‘Shotgun 350’ is a custom bike and is not officially related to the upcoming Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 which was caught testing in the past.

To build this ‘Shotgun 350’ they used a stock Meteor 350 and made some design changes to give it the look of a bobber. The idea was to create a bobber on the Meteor 350 platform, the same way Royal Enfield built the Shotgun 650 on the Super Meteor 650 platform.

Several modifications were made to transform the bike from a cruiser to a bobber, the first of which was the addition of a Royal Enfield tinted windshield. The second was modifying the handlebars and adding wider handlebars to give the rider a neutral riding position. The rear view mirrors have also been changed and the bike now has dark mirrors at the end of the handlebars.

Additionally, the front end now comes with Diablo fork guards. The passenger seat has been replaced with a trunk, similar to the one we saw on the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650. Finally, the exhaust of this bike is a Peashooter unit borrowed from the Royal Enfield Classic 350.

Along with these design changes, the bike underwent some structural changes to suit the bobber character. The most visible difference is the new tires.

Baxter Cycle has replaced the 19″ front and 17″ rear wheels with 17″ front and rear wheels from the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. The rear shock is also different: the original rear shocks have been replaced with black aluminum YSS shocks . .

Overall, with these changes, the Meteor 350 has been transformed into a completely different bike and looks exactly like the smaller sister of the Shotgun 650.
