Coaches quotes

Matt Peet spoke to the media earlier this week ahead of the Warriors’ trip to Salford Stadium.

He said: “The challenge now is to put that (the Betfred Challenge Cup final) to the back of our minds as we focus on Salford, although it’s great to have that excitement in the background.

On Sunday’s clash, Peet said: “I know we’re going to be tested. It’s easy to see where their threats come from as they are an outstanding attacking team – we will have to be at our best defensively to contain them.”
