Urgent appeal for missing Leicester man, 81

An urgent appeal has been launched to trace a missing Leicester man. Police are now asking for the public’s help to find William Spencer.

William, who is 81, was last seen at his home in Evington’s St Saviors Road at around 1pm on Friday (May 24). He has not been seen since, with police and his family increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Police shared an image along with a description of William. The force said he is black, 5ft 10in tall and of medium build with balding.

William was last seen wearing a navy jacket, navy top and gray trousers. Police say he was also wearing a red baseball cap.

Anyone with information about William’s whereabouts should call Leicestershire Police on 101, quoting incident 338 of May 24. Alternatively, report information to the force’s website.
