Indeed, Filey Beach is not only a favorite among sunbathers; it’s also making waves on TripAdvisor. It has already accumulated an impressive 1,938 “excellent” mentions. As a result, it proudly ranks second on the list of local attractions, with a strong average of 4.5 stars, explaining its city-wide buzz.

One visitor, Jacqui, couldn’t help but sing the praises of Filey Beach, dubbing it “glorious”. She explained: “Glorious to walk down to the coast from the city center and see the stretch of coast and just watch the world go by. A wonderful area and lots to see and do.”

She further added to her review sharing, “It was popular and it was February. A bit of a climb back into town, but manageable, and lots of people were doing just that.”
