Gallery: Festival goers arrive at the Love Saves The Day festival

Early birds had the entire Love Saves The Day festival site at Ashton Court to party as the gates opened at Ashton Court at midday on Saturday – and there were some notable looks and vibes from those revelers. The festival will welcome tens of thousands of people to the park on the outskirts of Bristol, with Camelphat, Rudimental and The Streets headlining over the two days from 25 to 26 May.

Among the first in the queue was a beaming Dre, who had cycled across from Clifton, while Josh traveled up to Penge, south-east London, used the day-time rave yellow atmosphere of the Arsenal kit for a suitably bright entrance .

Even though there is no camping on site, many revelers stay in town to participate on both Saturday and Sunday, including Sara and Leonie, who were so hardcore that they slept in their car for a few nights, while others discovered B&Bs and campsites.

It’s the festival’s 12th consecutive year and once again has some great names taking to the stage on both days. Saturday’s amazing line-up includes headliners Camelphat and Rudimental with Sub Focus and The Streets headlining Sunday’s event.
