Two men are on the hunt after a worker was assaulted in a robbery in south London

Police are searching for two men they want to find after a robbery at a jewelry store in Richmond.

The incident happened shortly before 3pm yesterday (Saturday, May 25) in Kew Road.

Two unarmed men entered the store and assaulted a member of staff, police said, before stealing several high-value watches.

The personnel involved were not seriously injured.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact X @MetCC or 101 quoting CAD4555/25May.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police are releasing images of two men they want to trace following a robbery at a jewelery store in Richmond.

“The incident happened at around 2.50pm on Saturday 25th May in Kew Road.

“Two men, who were not armed, entered the store and assaulted a member of staff before stealing a quantity of high value watches.

“The staff member was not seriously injured.

“Anyone who recognizes these two men or has information that could help police is asked to call 101 or ‘X’ @MetCC quoting CAD4555/25May.

“You can also provide anonymous information to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
