Child suffers life-threatening head injuries after being ‘hit by motorbike’

A toddler has suffered life-threatening injuries following a collision in Warwickshire. Police were called to a field off Old Brickyard Lane in Napton.

Police found that a child, who has not been identified, was involved in a collision with a small motorcycle last night (Saturday, May 26). The child is believed to have suffered serious head injuries.

Anyone who witnessed the incident has been urged to contact Warwickshire Police. Information can also be sent to the independent charity Crimestoppers.

A Warwickshire Police spokesman said: “If you have a dashcam or phone recording of this please contact us, quoting incident 275 of May 25.”
