A man was stabbed multiple times and was rushed to hospital in Bradford

A man was stabbed multiple times in Bradford and was rushed to hospital with his injuries.

West Yorkshire Police were called at 5.35pm on Friday 24 May to reports of a stabbing outside an address at The Bank, Eccleshill. The police went to the scene and found a man in his forties with multiple stab wounds.

He was rushed to hospital for further treatment. His injuries were not said to be life-threatening.

A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. He remains in custody.

Police said: “At 5.35pm yesterday (Friday), police received a report of a stabbing which had taken place outside an address in Bank, Eccleshill. Officers attended and found a man in his forties with what appeared to be multiple stab wounds.

“He was taken to hospital for further treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.”

The Bradford District CID investigation is currently continuing.
