An expansion team in the semi-professional National Premier Soccer League, Bristol Rhythm lost to one of the circuit’s most established teams on Saturday night.

Atlanta, Georgia-based Apotheos FC used a first-half blitz to cruise to a 4-1 win over Bristol at Gene Malcolm Stadium.

Boland Lekeaka scored in the 14th and 45th minute for the Peach State club, while Aaron Whitten and Miguel Gonzalez also found the back of the net in the first half.

Whitten is the former Appalachian Athletic Conference Player of the Year at NAIA Reinhardt University in Georgia.
