Missing Worthing girls found safe in Birmingham after 132 mile journey | Daily recording

Two vulnerable girls who were reported missing from Worthing, West Sussex, have been found “safe and well” 132 miles away.

Grace, 12, and Abbie, 15, went missing from their hometown on Friday morning.

They were last seen in Goring-by-Sea at 8am that day.

They were believed to have used public transport to travel around the country.

An urgent nationwide search has been launched as authorities believe the friends may be in Birmingham city centre.

Sussex Police confirmed on Sunday evening that Grace and Abbie had been tracked down in Birmingham.
