The Tidworth landlord was found guilty of sex offences

Complex crime investigator Elly Moxom said: “The victims in this case contacted Wiltshire Police following meetings with Tidworth landlord Frederick Allard.

“After inquiring about rooms to let at Mr Allard’s property, they were subjected to sexual assault and grossly inappropriate and offensive behavior from him, including requests to perform sexual acts in exchange for a reduced rate of rent.

“Allard’s actions had a significant impact on the female victims, who showed courage and resilience throughout the investigation and trial.

“Wiltshire Police want to send a strong message to those who harm women and girls.

“We will show zero tolerance for crimes such as those committed by Allard, who sought to exploit the perceived vulnerabilities of his victims for sexual gratification.”
