Birmingham nurse hit for turning off patient’s alarm

Refusing to attend the hearing, Ms Moses wrote to the commission saying she had left the profession.

In his decision, externalThe NMC said the nurse’s actions “caused real harm” to the patient and that she showed “limited understanding and remorse”.

She has been suspended from the register pending a 28-day appeal period, after which the final delisting order will take effect.
