How Bristol Rovers season ticket prices compare with Huddersfield, Bolton and League One rivals

Bristol Rovers have the seventh most expensive season ticket in League One based on the lowest cost of an adult for the 2024/25 campaign.

Based on advance pricing from the Gas, the cheapest adult season ticket at Mem is £359 in the terraces, although they are on general sale from March 20, with the cheapest general price ticket for an adult being £409. It is £76 cheaper than the price of a renewed adult season ticket at newly promoted Stockport County, who have the most expensive season ticket in the third tier.

Rovers launched their pricing structure for the new campaign in February, with minimal increases from the previous season for adults, but there were some significant cost increases for younger supporters due to changes in price brackets. The Gas have scrapped individual categories for under-18s and under-10s, with young fans placed in either an under-21 or under-14 category, although a family saver deal in the South Stand was introduced the following day following criticism from supporters .

The completion of the 3,414-capacity South Stand has brought a significant improvement to Mem, with prices frozen at that end of the ground after its opening was delayed as the club awaited planning permission.

Although League Two winners Stockport currently take the title of most expensive season ticket based on the cheapest adult price, and three other clubs have yet to confirm their details, the highest average can be found at Peterborough United. However, the £525 figure is slightly inaccurate as it includes pricing in the much more expensive Alan Boswell Insurance Executive Suite and is exclusive to renewals.

Elsewhere, recently relegated Huddersfield Town can claim the cheapest season ticket award at £249 for adults ahead of their first campaign outside the top two divisions for 12 years. Play-off runners-up Bolton Wanderers also have an early bird ticket of £249 for adults, with an average of £350, as Ian Evatt’s side look to right the wrongs this term after missed out on promotion to Oxford United.

The upcoming League One campaign is sure to be one of the toughest in recent years, with Rovers set for a busy summer of recruitment after seeing 13 players leave as they await decisions from Scott Sinclair, Jordan Rossiter and Luca Hoole , to whom we were offered. contracts.

Regarding season tickets, chairman Hussain AlSaeed said in an open letter in February: “The future holds immense promise and we are not embarking on this journey alone. Your unwavering support, passion and loyalty fuels our collective aspirations.”
