Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent “Transform Lives” in Season 3 of Nate & Jeremiah by Design

Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent are back!

The married interior design duo, who share daughter Poppy, 3, and son Oskar Michael, 11 months, are returning to TLC with a new season of their hit show Nate and Jeremiah by design.

“We transform lives and the way people live,” Berkus says in a trailer premiering exclusively with PEOPLE.

This season, fans will see plenty of happy tears and plenty of surprised screams as Brent and Berkus work to help struggling homeowners turn their troubled property into their dream home.

“We’re going to tear the whole house down and make it bigger,” Berkus jokingly tells two kids in the teaser.

However, while they continue to switch homes, the show will also delve into the couple’s personal lives, raising two children, and Oskar and Poppy will have quite a few cameos.

In one episode, Brent and Berkus take their children on a field trip, and while Brent pushes Oskar in a stroller, Poppy and Berkus follow close behind.

“Let’s look for a real bear,” says Poppy.

“I think that would be a perfect end to your dad’s first time in nature,” Brent replies with a laugh.

This season, the couple will also be working with a notable new production team: The Scott Brothers!

“Nate and Jeremiah are incredibly talented designers with such an authentic and meaningful approach to their craft,” says Jonathan Scott, one half of HGTV. Property brothers and co-founder of their production company Scott Brothers Entertainment.

The next season of Brent and Berkus’ TLC show comes on the heels of news that the two have listed the LA home where they planned to “burn down roots.”

Season 3 of Nate and Jeremiah by design premieres Saturday, April 13 at 9/8c on TLC.
