Cushman & Wakefield plc has announced significant changes to its leadership structure, effective 2 May 2024. Brett White has moved from executive chairman to non-executive chairman of the board, with his equity awards continuing to vest subject to certain conditions . Laurida Sayed has been promoted to the position of Chief Accounting Officer, bringing to this position her extensive experience from previous positions at Prysmian Group and General Cable Corporation. In addition, Billie Williamson has been named Lead Director, taking over from the retiring Timothy Dattels, while also continuing as Chair of the Audit Committee. These strategic moves signal a new chapter for the company’s governance as it continues to navigate the financial markets.
