The Royal Enfield Carberry 1000 uses a brand new double buttress frame. This gives the bike the necessary stiffness to handle this big engine. This engine uses two carburetors and is mounted on the same 5-speed gearbox. The clutch is different, however, and is a seven-plate hydraulic unit. The bike is air cooled. While this is a carbureted bike, a fuel-injected one is also in the works and will be launched later. However, we think only the purists who would buy this bike would prefer to have a carburetor. The bike has front and rear disc brakes. It also comes with ABS. The two cylinders merge into a single exhaust.
