IIM Raipur, Birmingham City University will offer an option in the EMBA program | Educational news

The Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) and Birmingham City University (BCU) will jointly deliver a special lecture by Dr Sara Gracy, Senior Lecturer in Leadership and HRM at BCU, as part of the EPGP Batch B3 optional course ‘Bringing Humanities and Innovation Management and Creative Entrepreneurial Leadership.”

This course will be jointly taught by Prof. Mrunal Chavda, Assistant Professor of Humanities and Liberal Arts, IIM Raipur, and Prof. Shishank, BCU, marking a significant collaboration between the two institutions.

This course is a joint research grant funded by the British Council (India) for both institutions. This aims to support industry-academia collaboration for a more joined-up approach, leading to excellence in higher education, a work-ready workforce and quality research outputs for the benefit of both industry and academia. shows in an official statement.

Dr Gracy’s lectures will explore the dynamic relationship between leadership and organizational behaviour, highlighting the importance of diversity, equality and inclusion in the public sector.

The course aims to bridge the gap between traditional management education and the creative, human-centred approach required to lead in the modern, innovation-driven business environment. It is designed to equip participants with the skills to navigate the complexities of international management, while fostering an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
