General Election 2024: Ealing Southall to decide – EALING.NEWS – The Voice of Ealing 7 Cities

With the General Election now set for 4th July 2024, voters across the country and in Ealing Southall will have the opportunity to have their say on who they want to govern the UK and represent them at local level.

Ealing Southall was represented by Labor MP Virendra Sharma in 2007 following a by-election triggered by the death of MP Piara Khabra.

Earlier this week (27 May 2024), Mr Sharma revealed that he would be standing down and that a new Labor candidate was to be announced shortly.

In the last election in 2019, Mr Sharma had a majority of 16,084 over the Conservatives.

Georgie Callé (Conservative and Unionist Party)
Pedro Da Conceicao (independent)
Steve Chilcott (Reform UK)
Tariq Mahmood (Liberal Democrats)
Neil Reynolds (Green Party)
