9-year-old girl shot in Hackney car shooting by attacker on stolen motorbike as three men in hospital

A nine-year-old girl is fighting for her life in hospital after she was shot in Hackney at around 9.30pm on Wednesday night (May 29), the Metropolitan Police said. Speaking to the media near the cordon on Kingsland Road, Chief Superintendent James Conway said three men, aged 26, 37 and 42, were also injured and taken to hospital.

All three men are in stable condition, but one may have life-changing injuries as a result of the attack, Surf said. Ch Conway. The young woman was sitting in the restaurant having dinner with her family when she was shot while the three men were standing outside the restaurant.

The police do not believe the girl and the three men knew each other. The shots were taken from a motorcycle, which police have now found on a nearby road and confirm was stolen.
