Man in his 60s hospitalized after stabbing bus – South London News

A man, believed to be in his 60s, was taken to hospital after being stabbed on a bus on Wednesday night.

Officers were called shortly before 9pm to reports of a stabbing on a bus on route 436 in Camberwell New Road, Kennington.

Officers attended the scene and a man in his 60s was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.

Since then, his condition has been assessed as life-threatening.

A Met spokesman said: “At this early stage there have been no arrests and inquiries are ongoing.

“Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting CAD 7888/29 May”
